Why so much cheaper compared to Brother original? Does it has same amount of toner? Will it work with my machine MFCL2720DW?

This compatible brand has same amount of toner as in original Brother toner. You paying much less because you not paying for brand name but similar quality as Brother original. Yes this will work with MFC-L2720 series.

This cartridge yields 2600 pages @ 5% coverage, How much of a page
is that actually?? Whole page, half a
page, a fourth of a page??????

Page yield ratings are in accordance with ISO/IEC 19798, which is industrial standard used by all the manufacturers. It is about printing a cover letter page without any graphics.

This is high capacity cartridge. It is rated 2600 pages @ 5% coverage however number of page yield varies largely with what you print.

No. This is compatible brand. Not Brother OEM brand.
