Product Warranty and Return Policy

Product Warranty:
Remanufactured Toner/Drum Cartridges: We guarantee the quality of our remanufactured toner and drum cartridges. All our compatible or remanufactured toner and drum cartridges come with 1-year warranty [prorated based on usage]. Should the product prove to be defective in workmanship or material, TonerPirate.com will repair or replace the cartridge.

Remanufactured/Compatible Inkjet Cartridges: All our remanufactured/compatible inkjet cartridges come with 180 days warranty.

Genuine OEM Inkjet/Toner/Drum Cartridges: All OEM products come with original manufacturer warranty. Please go to manufacturer websites for detail warranty information. If you receive any defective OEM products, please contact respective original manufacturer for the return instruction. We, as a reseller, do not provide repair or exchange service on OEM products.

Return Policy
- Incorrect Merchandise Shipped
If we ship you an incorrect item, we will exchange with a correct cartridge at no cost to you. You must report us shipping mistake within 60 days after the product is shipped.

-Defective On Arrival (DOA) [Excludes OEM products]
We test every cartridge thoroughly before it is shipped from our warehouse. Nevertheless, if our cartridge is proven to be defective on arrival, we will replace it at no extra charge. You must return the defective cartridge to us. You must report us DOA within 45 days from the date product is shipped.

- Defective After Used [Excludes OEM products]
If the product is found to be defective after 45 days from the date of shipment or after 15% or more usage of its original capacity, you can return the product back to us for repair service. Our technician will repair the defective product at no additional charge. Since our warranty covers only parts and labor, you are responsible for shipping costs. In a case where product cannot be repaired, we will determine the prorated value of the cartridge based on its usage and issue a store credit so that customer can order a new cartridge at our website.

- If you are returning the product un-opened within 20 days (manufacturer's box/seal must be intact), we will refund you the lesser of your purchase price or sale price of the product at the time we received your return. You will be charged restocking fee the greater of $5 or 20% of total amount paid for the products. Shipping cost will not be refunded unless we sent a wrong product to you. Refunds are usually processed within 10-14 business days from the date we received your return. The refund amount is credited back to the same credit card account or PayPal account you used to purchase the product.

- If you refused the delivery of the package instead of returning them at your expense, you will be charged for the shipping cost billed to us by the carrier to return the package back to our address. In addition, you will be charged restocking fee the greater of $5 or 20% of total amount paid for the products.

- All Sales are final after 20 days. We do not accept any return for refund after 20 days from the date of shipment. Product cannot be returned for refund if the sealed bag is opened or used. OEM Genuine products cannot be returned for refund if the box is already opened. Products that are extensively used cannot be returned as defective item.

To initiate the return, please contact us with your full name and order number. We will send you RMA number and address to return via email. Please package the product securely and buy insurance to protect yourself from accidental damage or lost. We are not responsible for damage or lost during shipping. Products returned without RMA # will not be processed.
