Your HP CF258X 58X Compatible Toner Cartridge are advertised without chip. Says I will have to reuse chips. What equipment would I need to reprogram the chips. Never heard of reusing chips.

You just need to remove the chip from old HP cartridge and put it on our cartridge. No need to reprogram.
