I have a Brothers HL 2140 Printer. I ran out of toner. I went to Office Depot. The cartridge they sold me was the TN 330. I noticed that cartridge was smaller than the one I was replacing. After inserting the cartridge, the paper started jamming. Please advise.

Please look at user guide on instruction on replacing toner. You have to separate toner from drum to replace.
