Terms & Conditions

Your submittal of any order on TonerPirate.com indicates acceptance of following terms and conditions.

  1. Customer must be 18 years of age or older to purchase.
     
  2. Warranties are valid for the original purchaser only and only while such customer owns such product.
     
  3. Each customer is solely responsible for all applicable sales taxes, customs brokerage fee or other taxes. TonerPirate.com will automatically withhold the sales tax for orders to be shipped to addresses within State of Texas.
     
  4. TonerPirate.com will provide on-line technical notes on most products but it is customer's responsibility to request specific product information that are not listed under the product page.
     
  5. Products may only be returned in accordance with our return policy. Most products carry limited 30-days money back or exchange privilege from invoice date excluding shipping and handling fees. Every return must follow the procedures listed in our return policy.
     
  6. TonerPirate.com will not refund shipping fee for any refused packages. Customer will be charged 20% restocking fees for refused packages to cover the cost of return shipping cost and repackaging fee.
     
  7. TonerPirate.com will not accept or process any return in case of missing parts, physical damage to product and packaging. All returns must be in resalable condition. Returns are offered for the original purchaser only and only while such customer owns such product. Customer is responsible for cost of shipping, handling and insurance on all returns. Products must be returned within 10 days after Return Authorization is issued.
     
  8. If a product is returned back to us for repair or replacement within 45 days from the date of purchase, TonerPirate.com will pay the cost of shipping to send a replacement or repaired item back to you. Customer is responsible for shipping and insurance cost to get the item back to us. If a product is returned back to us for repair service after 45 days, customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways. You may return defective product to TonerPirate.com using your choice of carriers at your expense. Customer is responsible for any damage or loss on all return shipments.

  9. On rare occasions, TonerPirate.com may agree to send out advanced replacement unit(s) to a customer before defective or incorrect products shipped are returned back to us by the customer. Customer must return the defective/incorrect products back to TonerPirate.com in original packagings within 14 days after replacement products are delivered. If customer fails to do so, customer's credit card will be charged for purchase price of replacement items sent out by TonerPirate.com.
     
  10. TonerPirate.com strives to give you an easy-to-use site that provides accurate content, including product information, policies, pricing, and visual displays. In the event we are unable to provide an actual image of a product, TonerPirate.com reserves the right to substitute a similar image for the one described in the product information.
     
  11. Pricing and item availability are subject to change without notice and TonerPirate.com reserves the right to limit quantities.
     
  12. In the event a product is temporarily out of stock, listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, TonerPirate.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. TonerPirate.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, TonerPirate.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
     
  13. TonerPirate.com shall not be liable under any circumstances for any loss or damages caused by a) a defective product, b) a product or service that not being available for use for any reason, b) a delay in delivering, furnishing products and/or services due to performances, or lack thereof, by any individual vendor(s), carrier(s) or manufacturer(s). In no event shall TonerPirate.com accept liability of any kind including any special, indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential losses or damages, even if the possibility of such loss or damage has been advised.
     
  14. TonerPirate respects our customers' privacy and will not share customer information with anyone. TonerPirate may occasionally email customers with announcements and promotional product offerings. Customers will have ability to subscribe or unsubscribe from the list through registration page.
     
  15. All materials, product names, product images and company logos used on this website are the trademarks of their respective owners and property of TonerPirate.com. Any reproduction of this material is not allowed.
     
  16. Customer must agree to the reward point program policy mentioned here.
     
  17. TonerPirate.com reserves the right to refuse service and products to anyone.
     
  18. TonerPirate.com reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of a sale at any time.
